* WHAT...Visibility one quarter mile or less in dense fog.
* WHERE...Anchorage.
* WHEN...Until noon AKST today.
* IMPACTS...Hazardous driving conditions due to low visibility.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Expect areas of dense fog across portions of the Anchorage Bowl and along the Glenn Highway through the morning hours. Areas of dense fog may also lead to the development of black ice on area roadways.
* AFFECTED AREAS: ANCHORAGE
Instructions:
A dense fog advisory means visibilities will frequently be reduced to less than one quarter mile. If driving, slow down, use your headlights, and leave plenty of distance ahead of you.
