Due to a power outage at Radcliff Community Center. Any residents looking for a warming center or to charge up their phones can use the Police Department's lobby (6000 Middlebelt), behind City Hall. As always, the Police Station is open 24 hours and is always a permanent warming center as needed for the residents of Garden City.
