* WHAT...Freezing rain. Could mix with snow by mid to late Monday morning. Icing up to 2/10 of an inch and snow under an inch. Winds gusting as high as 35 mph.

* WHERE...Trempealeau, Monroe, Juneau and Adams Counties.

* WHEN...From 3 AM to noon CST Monday.

* IMPACTS...Power outages and tree damage are possible due to the ice. Travel could be nearly impossible. The hazardous conditions will impact the morning commute.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...precipitation starts as freezing rain and could briefly mix with or change over to snow mid to late morning Monday. Transitions to rain for the afternoon. Higher impacts along and north of Interstate 94.
