A winter weather advisory is in effect from 6pm this evening until 1pm tomorrow (Tuesday 2/28/23). Snow, sleet and rain is expected with snow accumulations of 3 to 5 inches predicted. The heaviest snowfall will be during the overnight hours.

Please help the Department of Public Works by following all parking regulations. Alternate side of the street parking is strictly enforced during snow storms. Please plan ahead and remove your vehicle tonight from streets that are covered by the Borough's "No Parking in Snow Emergencies" ordiance (B.O. 194-9). As per 194-9, a snow emergency shall exist as soon as snow has accumulated on the street. Vehicles in violation of 194-9 may be summonsed and impounded. We do not want to summons and impound vehicles during a snow storm and ask for your cooperation. Vehicles that usually park on Snow Emergency streets may park in municipal lots located at Beechwood Place, Elm Place, and the Library starting this evening.
