A Winter Weather advisory is in effect from Monday, February 27th at 5:00 p.m. until Tuesday, February 28^th at 10:00 a.m. The current weather forecast shows an expected snowfall of 3 to 6 inches. Please plan ahead as roadway conditions are expected to be hazardous and could impact the evening and morning commutes. As a result, we recommend all drivers remain off the roadways, but if you have to, please slow down and use caution while traveling.

Overnight parking will NOT be authorized this evening and all parked vehicles should be removed from township roadways.  If you own a portable basketball hoop, please remove it from the road.  By doing so, this will allow the Fairfield DPW to sufficiently salt and plow the township roadways.  Be safe and thank you for your cooperation.
