The National Weather Service in Lubbock has issued a Red Flag
Warning, which is in effect from 11 AM to 8 PM CST Tuesday. The
Fire Weather Watch is no longer in effect.
* Timing...Until 7 PM CST today and from 11 am to 8 pm CST Tuesday.
* Wind...West at 15 to 30 mph with gusts to 40 mph both this
afternoon and Tuesday afternoon.
* Humidity...8 to 13 percent this afternoon and Tuesday
afternoon.
* Fuels...Dry to Critically dry.
* Impacts...Any fires that develop can spread rapidly. Outdoor
burning is discouraged.
