The National Weather Service in Albuquerque has issued a Fire Weather Watch...which is in effect from Wednesday morning through Wednesday afternoon.
* AREA AND TIMING...For the warning, East Central Plains (Zone 126) from 11 AM this morning through 6 PM MST this evening. For the watch, East Central Plains (Zone 126) from Tuesday late morning through Tuesday early evening.
* 20 FOOT WINDS...West 25 to 35 mph with gusts to 50 mph today. Southwest 25 to 35 mph with gusts to 50 mph on Wednesday.
* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...10 to 15 percent today and Wednesday.
* IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly. Outdoor burning is not recommended.
* AFFECTED AREAS: EAST CENTRAL PLAINS
