* IMPACTS...At 462.5 feet, Roadway entrance to Allen Park threatened in Ottawa. Allen Park west boat ramp inundated in Ottawa.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 9:30 AM CST Tuesday the stage was 462.4 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage this evening to a crest of 463.1 feet just after midnight tonight.
