Alert From SHERIFF LEVON ALLEN Concerning Murder Suspect At Large 
We discovered today that back in November of 2022, a Fulton County murder suspect, Kaiser Ulrick Suggs who was answering aggravated assault charges in Clayton County that were dismissed was released from the Clayton County Jail. This suspect should have been returned to Fulton County, but is now at large. The two employees who are responsible for this threat to public safety are now on administrative leave and my Internal Affairs unit are investigating how this unacceptable action occurred. Meanwhile, I have placed Suggs #1 on my top ten most wanted and have activated my entire Fugitive Squad to find Suggs and bring him back into custody. Suggs should be considered armed and dangerous and anyone who comes in contact with him should dial 911 immediately. If anyone has any information concerning the whereabouts of Suggs please contact my Fugitive Investigators at 770-477-4479.
