* WHAT...Heavy snow. Total snow accumulations between 6 and 12 inches possible with higher amounts up to 18 inches above 9000 feet in the Tusas Mountains. Winds could gust as high as 45 mph producing blowing snow and low visibility.

* WHERE...Tusas Mountains Including Chama and Chuska Mountains.

* WHEN...From 5 AM Wednesday to 5 PM MST Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult to impossible. Some roads may be closed. Significant travel delays are possible. Gusty winds could bring down tree branches.

* AFFECTED AREAS: CHUSKA MOUNTAINS ... TUSAS MOUNTAINS INCLUDING CHAMA
