NWS Tulsa issues AREAL FLOOD WATCH for Thursday and Friday 
We have a slight chance for severe weather today and tomorrow. The best chance will be tomorrow. The main threats will be wind and flooding rain. A widepread 2-3 inches will fall with isolated 5 inches. As we get closer to the event, and as more info comes in, we will post more. Low lying areas, streams, creeks, and rivers could get close to reaching flood stage.
Instructions:
If you live in a low lying area be prepared for flooding.
