Hawaiʻi Island police are asking for the public’s assistance in locating 14-year-old Ricky Ramirez who was reported as a runaway.
Ramirez was last seen the afternoon of Tuesday, February 28, 2023, on Kamehameha Avenue in Hilo wearing a white t-shirt, green camoflague pants, and black Nike Air Force 1 shoes.
He is described as having a tan complexion, 6 feet 2 inches tall, 140 pounds, with short black hair and brown eyes.
Police ask anyone who may have information about Ramirez’s whereabouts to call the police department’s non-emergency line at (808) 935-3311 or contact Officer Chase Rasse of Puna Patrol at (808) 965-2716.
