* WHERE...Portions of Illinois, including the following areas, Clinton IL, Marion IL, Monroe IL, Saint Clair and Washington IL. Portions of east central Missouri, including the following area, Jefferson MO.
* WHEN...From this evening through Friday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Total rainfall amounts of 1 to 3 inches can be expected throughout the Watch area, with locally higher amounts possible.
* AFFECTED AREAS: CLINTON ... MARION ... WASHINGTON ... ST. CLAIR ... MONROE ... JEFFERSON
