* WHAT...Heavy wet snow possible. Total snow accumulations of 5 to 8 inches and ice accumulations of a light glaze possible. Winds could gust as high as 45 mph.
* WHERE...Livingston, Oakland, Macomb, Washtenaw, Wayne, Lenawee and Monroe Counties.
* WHEN...From Friday afternoon through late Friday night.
* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous conditions could impact the evening commute.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Uncertainty still exists regarding the northward extent of the rain/snow line as warmer air filters into the state. The transition zone along the rain/snow line may see a brief period of freezing rain, leading to ice accumulations up to a light glaze.
