National Weather Service in Memphis TN has issued a flood warning for the following rivers in Tennessee 
South Fork of the Forked deer near Halls affecting Crockett, Dyer and Lauderdale counties. 
precautionary / preparedness actions 
turn around, dont drown when encountering flooded roads. most flood deaths occur in vehicles. 
Please report observed flooded to local emergency services or law enforcement and request they pass information to the mational weather service when you can do so safely.
