Press Release: on 3/1/23 Possession of concealed firearm, prohibited person possession of firearm 
On Wednesday, March 01, 2023, at 9:54 PM, a Corcoran Police Officer contacted a driver who was wearing a mask, while driving with their lights off in the 1200 block of Whitley Avenue. The driver was identified as Antonio Hernandez and the officer determined he was driving with a suspended or revoked drivers license. During the investigation Hernandez fled on foot a short distance before being detained by Officers. Hernandez was found to be in possession of a concealed firearm and is prohibited from possessing firearms. Hernandez was transported and booked into the Kings County Jail for being in violation of 25400(A)(1)PC- Possession of a concealed firearm, 29805(A) (1) PC-Possess firearm with specific prior misdemeanor convictions, 148(A)(1)PC- Resisting or delaying Police officers investigation, 14601.2(A)VC- Driving while driver license is suspended or revoked. Hernandez is being held on $60,000.00 bail.
