Closure of Warming Center at OTCC Banquet Room and Thank You to Bear Valley Springs Association. 
We want to inform you that the warming center at the OTCC banquet room is now closed.
We want to extend a special thank you to the Bear Valley Springs Association for their help in making this facility available for our residents. Their support and cooperation have been invaluable during this challenging time, and we are grateful for their partnership.
We understand that the cold weather can bring many challenges, and we want to remind everyone to continue caring for themselves and their loved ones. If you or anyone you know needs assistance, please don't hesitate to contact our Police Department at (661) 861-3110 for support.
