* WHERE...Illinois River from Kankakee River outlet at Channahon downstream to Heritage Harbor east of Ottawa, including the Morris gauge.
* WHEN...From Saturday morning until further notice.
* IMPACTS...At 16.0 feet, Pine Bluff Road threatened west of IL-47 south of Morris. Dwight Road threatened south of Morris. High water levels begin to impact shipping interests along the river. At 18.0 feet, A few roads threatened near Morris. Low-lying portions of Illini Park inundated near Marseilles.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 10:45 AM CST Thursday the stage was 11.5 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to continue a slow fall the next couple days, then begin rising again this weekend.
