* At 1232 PM CST, a severe thunderstorm was located over Miami, moving northeast at 50 mph. HAZARD...Half dollar size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Damage to vehicles is expected.

* Locations impacted include... Joplin, Carthage, Webb City, Carl Junction, Baxter Springs, Columbus, Galena, Oronogo, Carterville, Duquesne, Duenweg, Diamond, Loma Linda, Cherokee, Airport Drive, Weir, Leawood, Lowell, Silver Creek and Alba. This includes the following highways... Interstate 44 between mile markers 0 and 20. Interstate 49 between mile markers 25 and 38, and near mile marker 40.
