* IMPACTS...At 24.0 feet, Minor out of bank flooding along the creek is expected. Rural roads, along with farm and ranch land near the creek, will begin to flood.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1:00 PM CST Thursday the stage was 12.4 feet. - Flood stage is 24.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage late tonight to a crest of 25.4 feet early tomorrow afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage tomorrow evening.
