* WHERE...Sterling, Coke, Irion, Tom Green, Schleicher and Sutton Counties.
* WHEN...For the High Wind Warning, until midnight CST tonight. For the Blowing Dust Advisory, until 9 PM CST this evening.
* IMPACTS...Hazardous driving conditions due to reduced visibility. Damaging winds will blow down trees and power lines. Widespread power outages are expected. Travel will be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles.
* AFFECTED AREAS: STERLING ... COKE ... IRION ... TOM GREEN ... SCHLEICHER ... SUTTON
