All residents were recently mailed an introductory letter notifying you that the Bergen County Board of Taxation has directed the Borough of Waldwick to undertake a Complete Reassessment Program for the 2024 tax year. The Borough has contracted with Appraisal Systems Inc., to assist in conducting the Reassessment Program.

An online webinar explaining the reassessment process will be conducted on Thursday, March 2nd at 6:30pm. All residents will have the opportunity to watch this presentation about the reassessment process and ask questions live. The webinar will be held on the Zoom platform, below is login information.  Tonight’s webinar will be recorded and posted to the Borough’s website.
