* WHAT...For the High Wind Warning, southwest winds 25 to 35 mph with gusts up to 60 mph expected. For the Wind Advisory, southeast winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 55 mph expected.
* WHERE...Portions of East Arkansas, North Mississippi, Southeast Missouri and West Tennessee.
* WHEN...For the High Wind Warning, from 6 AM to 6 PM CST Friday. For the Wind Advisory, from midnight tonight to 6 AM CST Friday.
* IMPACTS...Damaging winds will blow down trees and power lines. Numerous power outages are expected. Travel will be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Winds will increase significantly early Friday morning. With all of the recent rains soils are wet and trees should come down much easier. This could lead to numerous power outages. Be sure to charge your phones and devices overnight to be able to reliably receive additional warnings.
