On 02/08, a shoplift occurred at Target in Westlake Village. The pictured suspect ran out of the emergency exit with two speakers and a massage gun. He left the location in the pictured black convertible. On 02/13, a shoplift occurred at the same Target store. The pictured suspect ran out of the emergency exit with two speakers. He left the location in the pictured white sedan.
