INCIDENT: Residential Burglary
LOCATION: 2000 block of Scenic Ridge, Chino Hills
SUSPECT(S): Stanley Ivan Paden, 47-year-old Male, Resident of Diamond Bar
VICTIM(S): Confidential
SUMMARY: On February 27, 2023, at 7:19 p.m., deputies from the Chino Hills Station responded to investigate a reported residential burglary that occurred on the 2000 block of Scenic Ridge, Chino Hills.
During the investigation, deputies obtained video surveillance that captured the suspect and the suspect's vehicle. Deputies continued to investigate and through Sheriff's database systems, deputies identified the license plate number of the suspect vehicle. Deputies identified Stanley Paden as being associated to the suspect vehicle and learned he is on parole from California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation.
On March 1, 2023, at 08:29 a.m., detectives and deputies from the Chino Hills Station located Paden at his residence in Diamond Bar. During the search of Paden's living area and the vehicle involved, investigators located evidence associated to the burglary.
Paden was arrested for PC 459-Burglary and a Parole Hold, he was subsequently booked at the West Valley Detention Center.
