* IMPACTS...At 16.0 feet, Minor out of bank flooding will begin along the river.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 6:30 PM CST Thursday the stage was 4.7 feet. - Flood stage is 16.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage late tonight to a crest of 16.5 feet early tomorrow afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage late tomorrow evening.
