* WHAT...For the High Wind Warning, southwest winds 30 to 40 mph with gusts up to around 55 mph expected. For the first Wind Advisory, southeast winds 25 to 35 mph with gusts up to 50 mph expected. For the second Wind Advisory, northwest winds 25 to 35 mph with gusts up to 45 mph expected.
* WHERE...Northwest Pocahontas and Southeast Randolph Counties.
* WHEN...For the High Wind Warning, from 5 PM this afternoon to 10 AM EST Saturday. For the first Wind Advisory, from 7 AM this morning to 5 PM EST this afternoon. For the second Wind Advisory, from 10 AM to 1 PM EST Saturday.
* IMPACTS...Damaging winds will blow down trees and power lines. Widespread power outages are expected. Travel will be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles in a cross-wind.
* AFFECTED AREAS: NORTHWEST POCAHONTAS ... SOUTHEAST RANDOLPH
