* IMPACTS...At 24.0 feet, Minor out of bank flooding along the creek is expected. Rural roads, along with farm and ranch land near the creek, will begin to flood.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 9:00 AM CST Friday the stage was 15.0 feet. - Flood stage is 24.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage late this afternoon to a crest of 24.6 feet just after midnight tonight. It will then fall below flood stage late tonight.
