* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...Portions of Indiana and West Central Ohio, including the following counties, in Indiana, Fayette IN, Franklin IN, Union IN and Wayne. In West Central Ohio, Darke, Miami, Montgomery and Preble.
* WHEN...Until 300 PM EST.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1149 AM EST, radar indicated heavy rain. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 0.5 and 1 inch of rain has fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are possible. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Dayton, Kettering, Beavercreek, Huber Heights, Richmond, Troy, Trotwood, Piqua, Miamisburg, Springboro, Vandalia, Connersville, Englewood, Franklin, Tipp City, Eaton, Bellbrook and Carlisle.
