Perry County in south central Indiana... Northwestern Breckinridge County in central Kentucky... Hancock County in central Kentucky... Northwestern Meade County in central Kentucky...

* Until 215 PM EST /115 PM CST/.

* At 1217 PM EST /1117 AM CST/, local law enforcement reported thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 3 and 5 inches of rain have fallen. Flash flooding is already occurring. HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms. SOURCE...Law enforcement reported. IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor drainage and low-lying areas.

* Some locations that will experience flash flooding include... Jasper, Tell City, Hawesville, English, Carefree Town, Mount Pleasant, Huntingburg, Ferdinand, Lewisport and Cannelton. Dubois County dispatch reports several road closures across the area.
