* WHEN...Until 4 PM CST /5 PM EST/ this afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Damaging winds will lead to scattered damage, including blown down tree limbs and power lines. Power outages are possible. Travel will be hazardous for high profile vehicles, especially on west to east roads.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...If this overlaps with snow, visibility will sharply drop as well, potentially to one quarter mile or less.
