* WHERE...Portions of Indiana and West Central Ohio, including the following counties, in Indiana, Fayette IN, Franklin IN, Union IN and Wayne. In West Central Ohio, Darke, Miami, Montgomery and Preble.
* WHEN...Until 500 PM EST.
* IMPACTS...Water over roadways. Some low-water crossings may become impassable.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 249 PM EST, radar and rain gauges indicated heavy rain. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1.5 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are possible. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Dayton, Kettering, Beavercreek, Huber Heights, Richmond, Troy, Trotwood, Piqua, Miamisburg, Springboro, Vandalia, Connersville, Englewood, Greenville, Franklin, Tipp City, Eaton, Bellbrook, Moraine and Carlisle.
