* Locations impacted include... Carrollton, Rising Sun, Vevay, Warsaw, Owenton, Florence, Kentucky Speedway, Patriot, Pleasant, French, Hartford, Glencoe, Fairview, Ghent, Sanders, Sparta, Worthville, Prestonville, Monterey and Gratz. This includes I-71 in Kentucky between mile markers 39 and 65.
