Flood Warning until 07:45PM Friday

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...Portions of Indiana and West Central Ohio, including the following counties, in Indiana, Fayette IN, Franklin IN, Union IN and Wayne. In West Central Ohio, Darke, Miami, Montgomery and Preble.

* WHEN...Until 745 PM EST.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Streams continue to rise due to excess runoff from earlier rainfall. Low-water crossings are inundated with water and may not be passable.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 352 PM EST, radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area. Between 2 and 2.5 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 1.5 inches are possible. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Dayton, Kettering, Beavercreek, Huber Heights, Richmond, Troy, Trotwood, Piqua, Miamisburg, Springboro, Vandalia, Connersville, Englewood, Greenville, Franklin, Tipp City, Eaton, Bellbrook, Moraine and Carlisle.

* AFFECTED AREAS: FAYETTE, IN ... FRANKLIN, IN ... UNION, IN ... WAYNE, IN ... DARKE, OH ... MIAMI, OH ... MONTGOMERY, OH ... PREBLE, OH
