* WHERE...A portion of northern Indiana, including the following counties, Adams, Blackford, Grant, Jay and Wells.
* WHEN...Until 1030 PM EST.
* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 435 PM EST, moderate to heavy rain onto saturated ground will lead to excess runoff that will cause flooding. Doppler radar indicated heavy rain. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area. Up to 1 inch of rain has fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are possible in the warned area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
