* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...A portion of northern Indiana, including the following counties, Adams, Blackford, Grant, Jay and Wells.
* WHEN...Until 1030 PM EST.
* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 435 PM EST, moderate to heavy rain onto saturated ground will lead to excess runoff that will cause flooding. Doppler radar indicated heavy rain. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area. Up to 1 inch of rain has fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are possible in the warned area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Marion, Bluffton, Decatur, Portland, Hartford City, Gas City, Berne, Upland, Ossian, Fairmount, Dunkirk, Albany, Montpelier, Jonesboro, Redkey, Geneva, Sweetser, Markle, Swayzee and Van Buren. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood

Instructions:
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles. Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the dangers of flooding.
