* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.

* WHERE...Portions of Central Ohio and West Central Ohio, including the following counties, in Central Ohio, Franklin OH and Madison. In West Central Ohio, Clark.

* WHEN...Until 915 PM EST.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Streams continue to rise due to excess runoff from earlier rainfall. Low-water crossings are inundated with water and may not be passable.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 655 PM EST, radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area. Between 1.5 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are possible. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Columbus, Springfield, Dublin, Westerville, Reynoldsburg, Grove City, Upper Arlington, Gahanna, Hilliard, Pickerington, Worthington, Bexley, London, New Carlisle, Jefferson, Northridge, Canal Winchester, Groveport, West Jefferson and Minerva Park.

* AFFECTED AREAS: CLARK, OH ... FRANKLIN, OH ... MADISON, OH
