* WHERE...Portions of east central, south central, and southwest Missouri, including the following counties, in east central Missouri, Phelps. In south central Missouri, Dent, Howell, Oregon and Texas. In southwest Missouri, Douglas, Laclede, Ozark, Taney, Webster and Wright.
* WHEN...Until 1000 AM CST Saturday.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 731 PM CST, The Department of Transportation reported that several low water crossing remain flooded from previous heavy rain in the advisory area that occurred Thursday evening into Friday morning. - This includes the following low water crossings... Lick Creek at County Road 528, Beaver Creek at Crewes Ford Road, Bryant Creek at County Road 223, Pond Fork at County Road 883, Beaver Creek at County Road 524, Little North Fork River at County Road 916 and Howell Creek at County Road 9790. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... West Plains, Mountain Grove, Ava, Mountain View, Willow Springs, Houston, Licking, Cabool, Mansfield, Gainesville, Norwood, Hartville, Summersville, Raymondville, Bakersfield, Morgan, Dawson, Pomona, Theodosia, South Fork, Pontiac, Brandsville, Huggins, Wasola, Plato, Twin Bridges, Sundown, Vanzant, Drury, Gentryville, Dora, Brushyknob, Siloam Springs, Rockbridge, Bendavis, Elk Creek, Brixey, Sycamore, Graff and Simmons. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
