* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.
* WHERE...A portion of northern Indiana, including the following counties, Adams, Blackford, Grant, Jay and Wells.
* WHEN...Until 1030 PM EST.
* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is diminishing.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 857 PM EST, heavy rainfall had ended with areal flooding expected to diminish quickly late this evening. Therefore the flood warning will be allowed to expire as scheduled.Doppler radar indicated an area of very heavy rainfall across the warned area earlier today. 1 to 2 inches of rain had fallen in the warned area. - Some locations that have experienced flooding include... Marion, Bluffton, Decatur, Portland, Hartford City, Gas City, Berne, Upland, Ossian, Fairmount, Dunkirk, Albany, Montpelier, Jonesboro, Redkey, Geneva, Sweetser, Markle, Swayzee and Van Buren. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
