Due to the ongoing snow storm, the City of Belleville has declared a snow emergency. During a snow emergency, all vehicles, must be removed from the roadways to assist City DPW with plowing. Many roads are snow and ice covered throughout the City Limits.

The City of Belleville is recommending not to travel at this time unless absolutely necessary. There are numerous low and downed wires reported within the City. Roland and Angola Sts. are completely closed to through traffic.
