* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.
* WHERE...Scioto River at Circleville.
* WHEN...From this morning to early Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...At 17.0 feet, Lowland flooding continues along the river, with flooding along Island Road worsening. Canal Road near State Route 104 also has flooding, as well as Cooks Creek Golf Course and State Route 762 in northern Pickaway County.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 3:30 AM EST Saturday the stage was 12.1 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage late this morning to a crest of 16.6 feet early Sunday morning. It will then fall below flood stage late Sunday evening. - Flood stage is 15.0 feet.
