* WHERE...South End of the Lower Sierra and South End of the Upper Sierra mainly above 3000 feet including Sequoia National Park.
* WHEN...From 10 AM Saturday to 4 AM PST Monday.
* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult to impossible with the potential for prolonged road closures. Very strong winds could cause extensive tree damage. Whiteout conditions are possible at times. The cold wind chills as low as 30 below zero could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.
* AFFECTED AREAS: SOUTH END OF THE LOWER SIERRA ... SOUTH END OF THE UPPER SIERRA
