* IMPACTS...At 16.0 feet, Lowland flooding continues along the river and about one foot of water can be expected along portions of Island Road.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 9:45 AM EST Saturday the stage was 13.6 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage this evening to a crest of 16.1 feet Sunday morning. It will then fall below flood stage early Monday morning. - Flood stage is 15.0 feet.
