* WHERE...In Minnesota, Carlton and South St. Louis County. In Wisconsin, Douglas and Bayfield Counties. This includes the Tribal Lands of the Fond du Lac Band and the Red Cliff Band.
* WHEN...Until 6 PM CST this evening.
* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact the morning or evening commute.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The heaviest snow is expected just south of the Twin Ports and along the Highway 2 corridor in northwest Wisconsin, with storm total snowfall amounts ranging from 6 to 12 inches. The heaviest snow is expected through about noon with improving conditions this afternoon.
* ADDITIONAL INFORMATION...Widespread light to moderate snow through early this morning is expected to become more showery and localized from the mid morning today onward into the afternoon hours. This afternoon, there may be isolated moderate to potentially heavy snow showers, especially along the North Shore of Minnesota.
