Wilmington Police arrest man on drug charges: 
Wilmington Police have arrested a man on drug charges following an investigation.
On March 3, at approximately 1:17 p.m., members of the Drug, Organized Crime, and Vice Division were conducting an investigation in the 700 block of North Washington Street. Officers observed a male subject engaged in drug-related activity. Officers conducted a pedestrian stop on 22-year-old Marquan Berry-Mills, who was taken into custody without incident. Police recovered 9.9 grams of crack cocaine.
Berry-Mills has been charged with the following offenses:
- Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver
- Possession of a Controlled Substance in Tier 1 Quantity
