Request for Public Assistance - Dog Bite 
The Janesville Police Department is seeking public assistance in locating and identifying a dog involved in an animal bite.
On 03-05-2023 at approximately 4:00pm, a juvenile was bit on the arm by a dog while in the Fourth Ward Park (400 West Racine Street).
The owner of the dog originally allowed the juvenile to pet the dog, but the owner later let the dog off the leash. At that time, the dog bit the juvenile. The dog is described as a gray and white dog and a photo is attached of both the dog and the owner.
