Bedford Town Elections Activation

Next Tuesday, March 14th, Bedford will be holding Town Elections. We have just been asked to assist the BPD with traffic control. The two usual spots will be at the entrance to the 1st parking lot on the right. This position is critical to make sure that the cars move ahead to find parking spaces further down rather than creating a bottleneck at the entrance. The 2nd position is aiding people to cross from the parking lot into the gym entrance by stopping cars to allow pedestrians to cross safely. You will be asked to report to Deputy Captain Douidi upon beginning your shift.
Please let me know what shift is good for you. We typically break it up in 4 hour shifts. Ie. 7:00am to 11:00, 11:00am to 3:00pm, 3:00pm to 7:00pm.
I will not be here as I will be in Florida therefore I would ask if one of you would like to take control of this activation. Please let me know if you are interested.
