Assault with a Deadly Weapon Arrest (1556) 500 Block of West Sonora Street, Seaport District The male victim, 39, and the suspect got into an argument when the suspect assaulted the victim with an object. The responding officers located the suspect a short distance away and took her into custody without incident. The victim got transported to a local hospital to treat his non-life-threatening injury. ARRESTED: Phoeun Man, 45, for assault with a deadly weapon.
