City of Oneonta will be installing a water service today, March 8th in the area of #26 College Terrace beginning at 9am until work is completed. 

There should be no water disruptions during this time.  College Terrace will be closed to local traffic only.  All other traffic, please see alternate routes and obey all flaggers and temporary traffic control devices.
