Please be advised of the following information which may impact your travel around the City of Novato today.

Road Closure: 200 Block of Alameda Del Prado and Cielo Lane
Overnight we had a roll over collision that damaged a power pole on Alameda Del Prado at Cielo Lane. Alameda Del Prado from Cielo Lane to the 220 Alameda Del Prado is closed in both directions and is expected to be closed for the remainder of the day.

PG&E crews will be in the area working to repair the damage caused by the collision and to restore power in the area. Power in this area has been affected by the collision.

Road Closure/Shelter in Place: Marin Valley Drive at Green Oak Drive
Shortly after the collision, a gas leak was reported on the south end of Marin Valley Drive at Green Oak Drive. Residents on Green Oak Drive were asked to Shelter In Place. Residents of Marin Valley Drive were impacted by this closure as Marin Valley Drive was closed at the south end of Green Oak Drive. This incident has concluded as of 6:45 AM, the Shelter In Place has been lifted, and the roadway is now open.
