Plymouth City Police Department has an important message for you! 
Today the Plymouth City Police responded to a report of a weapon on the campus at East Middle School. The school was put into a shelter-in-place while the allegation was investigated. It was confirmed no weapon was on campus and there was never a threat to students and staff.
We would like to thank the Plymouth-Canton Schools for their quick reaction and our law enforcement partners at Plymouth Township and Canton Police Departments for their assistance.
